We welcome others who care for special needs animals; those who rescue and/or rehab; and take in self-rescuing birds; those who have these amazing birds as pets; those who may just be interested in learning more about these amazing birds; etc.
We want everyone to think of this website as a community where we can each contribute to meaningful conversations, share stories, and laugh.
We do not condone any sort of bullying; any form of language that pertains to harming any animals; talk about exploiting animals; etc. Individuals who choose to engage in those inappropriate behaviors will be blocked from the website.

May have Guest Speakers and we will offer Games with Prizes the last 30-45 minutes of the 60-90 minute session for a small fee. Also guest Speakers will receive a portion of the monies to help with their rescue/rehab or to donate to another rescue/rehab group as they see fit.

If you are interested in possible foster or adoption of a pigeon or dove be sure to check out GLPR’s website as follows: https://greatlakespigeonrescue.org/
So many beautiful pigeons and doves that need loving and caring homes. Adoption Fees are minimal and the monies go to further care of hundreds of birds still waiting for their forever homes. GLPR will even ship some of the pigeons depending on location for an additional fee.
